Dear Blogger,
It has been 9 months since I last confessed to you. I blame it on Facebook! It is sad really, I love to blog and share my pictures and stories. Sadly, with the conception of Facebook, no one blogs anymore. I am going to try once again to start blogging. Dale is unable to get on Facebook at work so he counts on peoples blogs to know what is going on. So for Dale and the sake of saving the concept of Blogs, I shall try once again to blog as much as possible.

P.S. And now an update!
So July of 2010...a lot has happened since then. Note worthy things,
The wedding of the Century! On October 2, 2010 I married my soul mate and the love of my life. It was a beautiful day filled with friends love and family.
We had meet nearly 7 years ago and he told me he would marry me. 7 years later, he did. Since then, life has been filled with laughter love and emotions such as I have never felt before. I have truly found my soul mate.
Changes in Careers: I'll keep this one brief. Sadly the company I loved working for relocated to Philadelphia. I spent a brief employment at a Belly dance store, then sought other opportunities. I fell and bumped my head and decided to take a stab at sales, insurance sales at that. What I learned, I am still a 9-5 girl and I need to know what my paycheck is at the end of the week (not a month and a half away). I started a new job two weeds ago with Peapod and I am loving it. Monday-Friday normal hours and a steady paycheck. Once again I feel like I have the life back that I love.
Bless this house: Our blessed wedding has been the spring board for three other weddings. Friends of ours Brynn and Wesley have got engaged, Craig and Kristin were married, and Sean and Susan had a lovely wedding at our house. We were honored to have the happy event on our lands.
Seriously now: I have decided to get more serious about my hobbies. These are things I love doing and think it is great that I can sell them and others can share in my creations. My Etsy shop
Trinity's Trinkets has been doing very well. I have recently spent a lot of time designing a new item that I am hoping will do well. This is why it was so important for me to have normal hours so I could pursue my passions.
Whats next? Well everyone is asking "When are you going to start making babies?" Well many things are factored into that decision. The biggest issue is that at the moment we just don't have the space in the house for a kid. We have decided to try and put the house and land back on the market. In the meantime, we are proceeding as though it may not happen. In the next few weeks, renovations will start on the upstairs bedroom. We are going to add 2 gable dormers to create a bit more space and light. We are also going to take down the wood paneling and put up fresh insulation and drywall. This will hopefully help with keeping it warmer upstairs and by sealing all the cracks hopefully less creepy crawlers. (Stink bugs) Once we are finished there will be enough space for it to be two bedrooms one for us and one for a baby.
I am sure a lot more has happened since I last wrote, but for now lets go with this. I will try to stay more in touch and active moving forward.
The battle of the bugs continues. These stupid stink bugs are driving me mad! I caught all of these in the bedroom and sewing room in one day. Every time it gets warm they come out in masses. I hope when we redo the upstairs we will be able to get rid of most of them and seal up all the areas they are hiding.
Dale has been working hard in the shop. This is the chandelier he is working on to hang from the barn. It is made from old wagon parts. The crossbars are going to hold tiki torches. The chains hanging are going to connect the center disk to the rings itself.
We spent some time yesterday cleaning off the deck and flower beds. Getting them ready to plant some flowers.
And the newly refurbished smoker is just about ready to go. Time for a party I think :-)
