This is of course from Saturday as well. The gentleman who has all the birds does parrot rescue. He was telling me they had just done a 81 bird rescue in Rockville from a horrible scene. The guy was apparently trying to be a breeder. The situation in the house was very bad. A couple of birds were sadly lost in the rescue. He does take donations to help in the care of the animals.
